Base Pay Toolkit
The StrategicPay® Series Base Pay Toolkit was designed to help organizations that want to build a professionally-designed market-based cash compensation programs without the need to hire an outside compensation consultant.
The StrategicPay® Series Base Pay Toolkit was developed by highly-experienced compensation consultants, to help non-consultant HR and compensation professionals to create a technically-sound and professional market-based cash compensation programs (with expert guidance, tools and templates in the form of Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint templates ready for your use via this website). (See a list of tools and templates here). The authors have built dozens of these programs (often from "scratch") for a wide variety of organizations, and are now sharing their experience, tools and templates with the users of this one-of-a-kind guide.
And to get 2012 started off right, we lowered our pricing on the Base Pay Toolkit from $1,500 to $999. The modifiable soft-copy templates in the Base Pay Toolkit alone are worth several thousands of dollars, if you hired someone to develop them, or calculated the value of your time spent to develop them on your own.
See the table of contents here.
Product licensees' will have the option of purchasing small blocks of compensation consultant time to help guide them through the "minefield" of developing your organizations' compensation program on your own. The consulting time is purely optional though, as the series is designed to provide the user with everything they need to DIY (except for pay data, where the needs vary considerably by the type company developing the program). The first 30 minutes of consultation time is complementary, to help each user get off on the right foot in using the toolkit.
