Today the StrategicPay™ Series (SPS) is announcing the release and availability of the first of a series of several guidebooks or "toolkits" designed to provide business, HR and compensation professionals the instruction and tools to develop key strategic compensation programs without the need to hire outside compensation consultants to develop these programs (at a cost many times the cost of the Series toolkits).

The first guide, the Base Pay Toolkit, provides step-by-step instruction to users in the development of strategic market-based pay programs, and includes many tool and templates for users, including several pre-build pay structure samples, assessment tools, a market pay study model spreadsheet, and reference information on determining the relevant market pay data a company needs to build a sound program. Also included are sample compensation administration policies and communication templates. The Base Pay Toolkit has been in development for over a year, and is now finally available for purchase.

The StrategicPay™ Series is designed to assist business, human resources (HR), and even compensation professionals to be able to accomplish large compensation development efforts normally contracted out to compensation consultants, for a fraction of the cost of going the consulting route. Of course, you'll have to do more of the work yourself, but that's also a career-enhancing and developmental experience that will serve you well now, and in the future.

Each Series toolkit contains the following:

A high quality hard-bound notebook with instructional materials and references to the toolkit's online resources.

Online access to various resource tools and templates, which are a key part of each toolkit's value. Many of these documents are used by high-level compensation consultants and practitioners in developing strategic compensation programs. (Examples of tools in the Base Pay Toolkit include several pre-built salary structure, a market study spreadsheet template, sample compensation administrative policies, etc.)

Online access to additional resources and market updates from experts in the field. We cull though the relevant research and then supply the StrategicPay™ Series users with the most useful information – saving users time and effort in trying to determine current trends themselves.
