The first guide, the Base Pay Toolkit, provides step-by-step instruction to users in the development of strategic market-based pay programs, and includes many tool and templates for users, including several pre-build pay structure samples, assessment tools, a market pay study model spreadsheet, and reference information on determining the relevant market pay data a company needs to build a sound program. Also included are sample compensation administration policies and communication templates.  The Base Pay Toolkit has been in development for over a year, and is now finally available for purchase.
